“The Trinity in Christian History and Experience”
Don’t miss internationally renowned Christian leader Gerald Bray, addressing us at this year’s Trinity Theological College Annual Lecture at Subi Church.
Rev Dr Gerald Bray is Director of Research at the Latimer Trust, London and Visiting Research Professor at Beeson Divinity School, Alabama (where he was for many years Professor of Anglican Theology). He recently stepped down as Editor of Churchman, an journal published by the Church Society, a post he held for 35 years.
He is a highly-regarded church historian with a deep knowledge of the history of Christian thought from the New Testament period through to the post-Reformation era. His books include Creeds, Councils & Christ, The Doctrine of God, God is Love, and God Has Spoken, as well as volumes in the Ancient Christian Commentary Series (Romans; 1-2 Corinthians; and James, 1-2 Peter, 1-3 John, Jude), Ancient Christian Doctrines (We Believe in One God), and Reformation Commentary on Scripture (Galatians and Ephesians), of which he is also an editor. His next book, The Pastoral Epistles: An International Theological Commentary, is due for release in July, 2019.
Dr Bray is an engaging speaker and it is a great privilege to welcome him back for this year’s Annual Trinity Lecture.
